Who we are
Clear Drainage is a trading name of Clear Drainage Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 17027788. We are based in Southampton, Hampshire, and work across the city and the surrounding area within roughly 60 miles.
Our main focus is drain unblocking: getting blocked drains, toilets, sinks, showers and sewers flowing again. Alongside that, we provide drain jetting, drain cleaning, CCTV drain surveys, drain repairs and planned maintenance for drains that need more than a one-off clearance.
How we approach drainage work
- Find the cause, not just the blockage. Clearing a drain without understanding why it blocked is how the same drain ends up blocked again. We explain what we found and why it happened.
- Use the right method for the drain. Some blockages need rods; others are better cleared with high-pressure jetting. Where the condition of a pipe is uncertain, a camera survey comes first.
- Be clear about cost. We explain the likely cost before starting and talk to you before doing anything that would change it.
- Be honest about responsibility. If a blockage is in a shared drain or public sewer, we tell you, so you do not pay for work that is someone else’s responsibility.
- Be honest about timing. We tell you when we can realistically attend rather than make promises we cannot keep.
